Kevin Hull is a California-born pianist, songwriter, performer, and educator who has been living and working in NYC since Summer 2018. Prior to this, he spent a year teaching and performing in the Himalayan country of Bhutan and has performed in Europe and Asia. Kevin specializes in classical music, but also loves to play musical theatre and jazz, and tries to bring an international perspective to all of his work. In addition to teaching private lessons, Kevin has music directed children’s theatre, led music and chorus classes at various elementary schools, toured the West coast with a rock band, and toured nationally as an actor and singer in Strega Nona: The Musical.

In his free time, Kevin loves to read, write, and study languages. He currently speaks French and is working on his Spanish and Japanese. Kevin holds a B.A. from San José State University, where he studied piano with Dr. Gwendolyn Mok, and studied jazz piano with SF-based Peter Horvath.
