Erica Tran, originally from Toronto, Ontario holds a Masters of Piano Pedagogy and Piano Performance from Westminster Choir College, studying under Professor Ingrid Clarfield.  She also holds a Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Western Ontario, studying piano from Professor Gwen Beamish.  President of the Westminster Choir College Collegiate Chapter 2017-2018 Erica organized a group of students to assist in the New Jersey State Music Conference, and the MTNA National Conference in Florida 2018. She was also the graduate assistant for the Piano Department 2016-2018, working closely with renowned pedagogy authors Professor Ingrid Clarfield and Professor Phyllis Lehrer.

As an active member of the Symphonic Choir at Westminster from 2016-2018, she had the opportunity to perform famous works such as Ravel’s Daphne’s and Chloe in Carnegie Hall with the Philadelphia Orchestra with Yannick Nezet- Seguin, the David Geffin Hall with the New York Philharmonic with Alan Gilbert for Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, The Britten War Requiem with the Philadelphia Orchestra under Charles Dutoit and many other symphonic performances with the New York, Philadelphia and Princeton Orchestra.
